Did you know Minnesota OSHA, or MNOSHA, has additional requirements for employers that Federal OSHA does not have? Here I talk about general industry standards that are different.

Some examples in Minnesota include:

  • Internal combustion engines operated inside a facility, such as propane forklifts, must have a carbon monoxide testing program
  • Employees in high-traffic areas must wear a high-viz vest
  • Minnesota requires certain employers to have A Workplace Accident and Injury Reduction (AWAIR) Program

Join me as we talk about these, and other requirements, that employers in Minnesota may be required to follow.
