As a PowerPoint, it is easy to use and requires no other special programs. You simply link your safety documents to the correct icon in the PowerPoint, save it as a slideshow, and it is now very easy to put as a link on any employee’s computer for quick and easy access to every safety policy, procedure, and form in your facility, as well as having links to your safety training documents, linking to the OSHA regulatory standards, and having a brief summary of each of the safety programs.
This document makes it very easy to manage your safety documents for anybody to access them!
