Prevention, Preparedness & Response

Workplace violence prevention starts before an emergency

Employees should know how to report a concern, leaders should know how to respond, and everyone should have practical options if a situation becomes dangerous.

Provenio’s workplace violence prevention training looks beyond a single worst-case scenario. We help organizations think through early recognition, reporting, communication, prevention, and emergency response in a way that is clear, realistic, and appropriate for the audience.

The training is led by a public-safety professional who can explain the reasoning behind response options and answer the questions people are often hesitant to ask.

A Complete Approach

Build awareness without creating fear

Useful training gives people a framework for action and makes expectations easier to understand.

01 Recognize warning signs Help employees and leaders notice concerning behavior, escalating conflict, and changes that should be reported or assessed.
02 Report and respond early Give people a clear path for raising concerns and help leaders think through an appropriate, coordinated response.
03 Prepare for emergencies Discuss practical response options, communication, accountability, and the decisions employees may face during a violent incident.
04 Strengthen the program Connect training to reporting expectations, emergency planning, leadership responsibilities, and post-incident considerations.

Your workplace changes the plan

A manufacturing facility, office, school, healthcare setting, and public-facing organization do not share the same environment or concerns. We adapt examples and discussion to your people, access points, communication tools, policies, and existing emergency procedures.

Policy & Planning

Make training part of the program

Training is strongest when employees have a clear reporting path and leaders understand what happens next. Provenio can pair instruction with consulting support to help review prevention and response planning.
