Amy Miller – Principal Consultant
Amy Miller, owner of Aim High Advising LLC, was born and raised in Niagara Falls, NY. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Niagara University and her Master of Arts in Biology at Buffalo State College. After obtaining her degrees, Amy was able to work in a number of positions where she was able to develop her leadership skills. As an SQF practitioner at Fairmont Foods, Inc. she was promoted to Quality Manager within a year of employment. In this position, Amy was able to put programs in place that reduced customer complaints by 27% and improved all audit scores! During her years of experience, she has gained valuable knowledge of food safety regulations in both USDA and FDA facilities. She has a background in microbiology as well as regulatory affairs, has conducted supplier audits, and has guided her plants through dozens of regulatory and customer audits.
Amy knows the unique challenges that food plants face with audit preparation, food safety and HACCP plan preparation, as well as employee training, and she wants to help!
