Provenio was founded by Brad Kramer, an industrial safety professional who has worked for companies such as Cargill, Kerry, CHS Insurance, and Grede Foundries. Brad’s background also includes being a firefighter and first responder.

Scott Crabtree is our commercial vehicle compliance consultant. He helps businesses with their driver qualification files, training on load securement and vehicle inspections, traffic incident management systems (TIMS) for first responders, tow truck operators, and others who work alongside traffic, and drug & alcohol impairment recognition training required for supervisors of commercial vehicle operators. Scott is a state trooper and commercial vehicle inspector.
Tim Harves teaches first aid and CPR, drug & alcohol impairment recognition, and other topics that leverage his 20+ years of experience as a police officer and EMT.
Nathan Idstein and Adam Hamberg consult for workplace violence and active shooter prevention and response, as well as other topics that leverage their experience as police officers.
